Far West Community Partnerships are an inclusive organisation dedicated to social change in the Far West communities of Ceduna, Koonibba, Scotdesco, Yalata and Oak Valley.

We believe for people to be empowered and accountable, change should be led by the community - we aim to be the facilitators of change.

Far West Community Partnerships advocates for all members of the community. We see through the collective lens of the Far West Region and believe positive change occurs when you bring the whole community along.
